イタリア料理を楽しもう

春になると、毎年、山菜が食べたくなるので、秩父の民宿にいきました。秩父は、盆地になっているので、いろんな山菜がでてくるみたいです。今回は、フキノトウ・ノビル・ヨモギ・岩茸などをいただきました。フキノトウは、天ぷらとフキ味噌を食べましたが、口の中にフキノトウの香りが広がるので、ほんと、幸せな気分になります。フキノトウの天ぷらは、塩をつけていただきましたが、こちらもほんと美味しいです。山菜を食べながら飲むお酒は、美味しいので、ぐいぐい飲んでしまいます。フキ味噌は、ちびちび食べながらいただきました。ノビルは、酢味噌和えになっていて、まるで実家に帰ったような気分になります。あと、岩茸も食べましたが、こちらは、この宿でしか食べられない貴重な食べ物になります。独特の食感と味がくせになります。イワタケって山奥の断崖絶壁にある食材なので、とってくるのも命がけになっているそうです。素晴らしい春の食材をいただき、幸せな気分になりました。

仲間たちと、秩父の民宿に行ってきました。

ここは、今でも珍しい藁葺き屋根の古民家になっています。築300年以上は経っており、昔は、庄屋さんの家だったといいます。部屋にはいると当時の時代を思い出すというか、はじめてきたのに居心地がとてもいいんです。おそらく、訪れる人はみんな同じ感じになると思います。夕食の料理は、和風でご主人が山から採ってきた食材や畑でとれたものを使って料理されているので、どれを食べても美味しいです。お酒は、日本酒か焼酎がよいと思いました。宿には、お酒と岩魚の骨酒があります。この岩魚の骨酒がまた格別に美味しいんですよ。あとは、秩父の焼酎を買ってきたので、みんなで飲みました。

古民家って最高です。

Meanwhile, it goes without saying that it still remains as an old folk house and it is wonderful to be able to stay overnight.

It was really beautifully finished, and my husband welcomed me with a smile.
The material of the roof is wheat, and the length of one roof is about 60 cm.
This is a very difficult task because it is arranged in a beautiful bundle on the roof.
Even if the wheat is weak one by one, when it is made into a beautiful bundle like this, it becomes a beautiful and strong roof, so the skill of Japanese craftsmen is very wonderful.
There are almost no roof craftsmen now, but the owner of the inn is doing the maintenance himself, so I think you can see this beautiful roof for a while.
